Mr.Fahad bin Saleh Al-Musbahi
Chairman of Board of Directors
Chairman of the Board of Managers at Al-Fanar United Finance and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alpha Arabian Finance. He possesses over 35 years of financial and administrative experience and is a member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). Furthermore, he chairs the boards of several companies across the industrial, technology, and car rental sectors.
Mr.Abdullah bin Ahmed Bahwan
Deputy Chairman of the Board
Serves as an Executive Director and shareholder at Bahwan International Group. Since 2015, he has gained practical experience in business management and fostering international partnerships within the automotive and heavy equipment sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from London Metropolitan University.
Mr.Abdulmohsen bin Abdulrahman Al-Sowailem
Managing Director and CEO
Currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Alpha Arabian Finance and is a member of the Board of Managers at Al-Fanar United Finance. With over 30 years of experience in the banking and financing sectors, he has held key leadership positions, including Managing Director and CEO of Nayifat Finance. He has also served on the boards of prominent public joint-stock companies such as Yaqeen Capital, Saudi Ceramic Company, and FIPCO. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Saud University.
Mr.Mohammed bin Saad Bahwan
Member of the Board of Directors
Served as a Director at the Oman Trading Establishment (OTE) Group since 2017. He spearheads the group’s strategic initiatives and expansion into new sectors, including renewable energy projects and partnerships with Siemens in the field of e-mobility. Additionally, he oversees the automotive services, electronics, and human resources divisions. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Essex (UK) and a Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University (USA).
Mr.Omar bin Suhail Belani
Member of the Board of Directors
A distinguished leader with over 38 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors across the Middle East. Mr. Bilani currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of several companies under the international "GroupMed" conglomerate in Dubai and Lebanon. Previously, he led major companies in the Saudi market, including Wataniya Insurance and Saudi National Insurance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lebanese American University (LAU).
Mr.Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Shabana
Member of the Board of Directors
Possesses over 23 years of executive experience in the financial and investment sectors. He currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Yaqeen Capital (formerly Falcom). With extensive expertise in asset management, treasury, and strategic development, he successfully contributed to increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) to SAR 4 billion. Additionally, he chairs the Board of Yaqeen Funds and serves as a member of the audit and investment committees for several entities. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
